All use of this site, including the placing of any order at Drive Flex Fuel, indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below. Please read the following policies, terms and conditions before submitting an order to Drive Flex Fuel. These terms and conditions shall supersede all policies published on past web documents, sales receipts, and emails. Drive Flex Fuel reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Privacy Policy
Drive Flex Fuel values your privacy. Your personal information is for use by Drive Flex Fuel in order to serve you. This information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties, and is information used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s). Information may also be used for statistical purposes, to improve our web site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
Return / Refund Policy
We have a 30 day money back guarantee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be accompanied by a RMA number and shipped with a tracking number. We also suggest shipping insurance. We are not responcible for any loss or damage when returning the product. Labor to install or remove kit is not refundable. Kits shipped with free shipping will have a $10 restocking fee levied.
To receive your RMA number please either call 715-571-5130 or send email to info@driveflexfuel.com.
In the event customer orders the wrong unit, customer must pay for the return shipping. To avoid ordering the wrong unit, be sure to fill out the verification form you receive in your email correctly (watch spam filter). Guessing may result in the wrong item. Please check your connectors to ensure you receive the correct conversion for your vehicle the first time. If you need help checking your connector, feel free to contact us at 715-571-5130 or any mechanic or oil change place can confirm the correct injectors.
Warranty
5 Year Manufacturer Warranty
The warranty covers the free change or repair of the product in case of defects or any other manufacturing problem under normal conditions of use and under the Manufacturer's recommendation.
The warranty is restricted to the product operation and does not apply to the possible vehicle poor performance after its installation due to other vehicle maintenance issues.
FFI in no way covers nor holds the responsibility of guarantee with the use of Ethanol in any vehicle that this product is installed. We do although recommend that users of FFI Platinum do obtain an outside warranty company that can warranty any possible damage related to high mileage, poor drivability or the use of E85 or Ethanol.
This is an aftermarket conversion unit that the buyer or user holds responsibility of the installation. We place no claims with the improvement of fuel mileage or engine life due to the use of Ethanol and FFI Platinum.

Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Drive Flex Fuel offers products that are manufactured per vehicle and shipping delays may occure on backorders. As a result, item availability, shipping schedule, and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Drive Flex Fuel reserves the right to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason with full refund.
